R. Mark Henry - Dedicated, Knowledgable, Experienced

Mark Henry began his legal career in 1993 at one of Ohio’s largest law firms before striking out on his own to build a solo civil litigation practice emphasizing ERISA disability claims, consumer and insurance issues, and personal injury.

He has devoted his practice to solving problems and delivering real value to clients trying to navigate a bewildering, expensive and often intimidating legal system.

Born, raised and educated in Dayton, Ohio, Mark is the son of a city police officer and mental health counselor. He played football and basketball and graduated second in his class from Belmont High School, before attending the University of Dayton on an academic scholarship. After graduating from UD with honors, he worked for the Ohio Public Interest Campaign as an advocate for consumers, taxpayers and the environment. While still in his 20’s, he was elected to the first of three terms he would serve on the Dayton City Commission.

Mark graduated with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Ohio Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the Unites States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mark participates in the Dayton Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyer Project and Lawyer Referral Service, and has written articles for Dayton Bar Briefs.

Mark is the father of three children and is married to Attorney Karen Denise Bradley, who practices immigration law.
